How Mentors Made a Difference in Kristin Molinaroli’s Life

Mentorship matters. It has impacted the lives of the top entrepreneurs globally. It’s important to recognize the value of having a trusted individual. Mentors can be the missing link to take your startup to the next level. Although it may be hard to find or choose a mentor that fits your expectations and goals, when you do, it has a significant impact on your productivity and wellbeing. This article explores how mentors made a difference in Kristin Molinaroli’s life.

1-Belief

Kristin Molinaroli had different teachers and coaches who encouraged her to expand her boundaries and horizons. She remembers one of her high school coaches encouraged her when she felt afraid and lacked confidence when preparing for Cross Country Nationals. This made her believe that she had all it took to compete in the nationals. This was all because she felt that the coach believed in her, and she trusted him.

2-Unwavering support

Kristin Molinaroli believes that extending boundaries is a commitment to the unknown. You may not understand how to navigate it, but choose to do it. She believes that we cannot become successful without other people’s input. Kristin claims that she never recognized the importance of support while she was young. She claimed that she managed to overcome various difficulties and obstacles because of the unwavering support she received from her mentors.

3- The journey

Kristin believes that when you set the goal, you must achieve it. But sometimes, this becomes difficult if you don’t have someone to remind you where you have come from and what you have achieved. This is what she enjoyed from one of her coaches. She had to run against some of the top international athletes but was disappointed because she couldn’t achieve her personal best. But when her coach reminded her where she began her journey, she realized that she needed to enjoy the journey of the point she had reached.
